Order before 2:30pm on a working day and the earliest delivery is 3 working days, on average. Orders after 2:30pm or at the weekend take 4 working days on average. Delivery dates can vary depending on your area and stock availability, and we confirm your date by email once the order is booked.

Delivery charges

Charges depend on your postcode area and the value of your order ex VAT. Free delivery on orders over £450 + VAT to the UK mainland. The exact charge for your order is shown at checkout once you enter your postcode.

Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, Scottish islands and mainland postcodes outside the areas above (including IV and KW). If checkout cannot find a delivery option for your postcode, we cannot deliver there.

How deliveries work

  • Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 4:30pm, excluding bank holidays. We cannot offer timed slots.
  • Large curtain-sided lorry, kerbside. Have enough people on site to offload, and tell us about tight access by replying to your order confirmation on the day you order.
  • Signed for. Someone must be on site to accept the delivery and check the boards. If nobody is available the delivery fails and a redelivery charge applies (see our terms).
  • Check before you sign. Damage must be reported to us by email, with your order number, while the driver is still on site.

Requested delivery dates

Choose “Request a delivery date” at checkout to pick a working day from the earliest available date. We will acknowledge your requested date and confirm your allocated delivery date by email after you place your order. Closed dates, for example over Christmas, do not appear in the calendar.

Returns and cancellations

PIR boards are bulky and easily damaged in transit, so returns are limited. Please measure carefully; each product page shows the coverage per board.

  • Cancellations before the order is booked for delivery carry a £35 + VAT admin fee. Once a delivery is booked the cancellation fee is £100 + VAT.
  • Returns must be requested on the day of delivery and are subject to a minimum 30% restocking fee plus a £100 + VAT collection charge.
  • Boards that have been cut, stored outside or damaged after delivery cannot be returned.
  • Refunds are processed within 14 working days of the boards arriving back with us.

Delivery FAQs

Are the boards really the same specification?

Yes. Thermal conductivity, thickness, board size and facings are identical across the brands we supply, so the U-value you achieve is the same whichever one arrives. The only difference is the name printed on the foil.

How quickly will my order arrive?

What do I need to do on delivery day?

Boards arrive on a large curtain-sided lorry, delivered kerbside. Someone must be on site to accept the delivery, check the boards and help offload. If access is tight for an HGV, reply to your order confirmation on the day you order so we can plan the delivery.

Can I request a specific date?

Yes. At checkout choose "Request a delivery date" and pick a working day from the earliest available date. We confirm the date by email when the order is booked.

What if a board arrives damaged?

Check the boards before you sign. Note any damage on the delivery paperwork and email us with your order number while the driver is on site, so we can sort a replacement.
